Bio

Merlin retired from the U.S. Army after 22 years of service. He has been a licensed agent for over 25 years exclusively in Northern Virginia. He has taught Principles of Real Estate Class since 2014 and has taught hundreds of aspiring real estate agents. He is currently a Supervising Broker for RE/MAX Premier in Fairfax, VA. Merlin has been heavily involved in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) where he has served on the Forms and Grievance Committees, he has served on the Professional Standard Committee and served a 2-year term on the Board of Directors. He has a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland.

Merlin holds the following designations: 203K Specialist (203K), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Foreclosure Specialist (CFS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Own America Investment Certification Program (OICP), Residential Construction Certified (RCC).
