Broker Courses

A real estate broker is someone who continues his or her education past the real-estate-agent level and successfully passes the state real estate broker license exam. Brokers handle some of the more technical parts of a real estate transaction. They can work as independent agents or have other agents working for them. Agents who pass the broker exam, but choose to work under another broker, are typically called real estate associate brokers.
